In addition to free Wi-Fi, Central Heat/AC, all rooms have ceiling fans, window blinds & Smart TV's (65"/50"/32"), Nest speakers & digital antenna; no cable tv. We provide Yoga sleep sound machines (made here in Wilmington) but should you have noise sensitivities please prepare accordingly. We are not responsible for city noise, activity or any perceived issues of city living. Within 2 blocks in any direction, you'll find restaurants, pubs, wine bars, coffeehouses, museums & galleries. Front & Market Streets are the main business streets. Hidden Grinds coffee shop is across the street, around the corner; Port City Java & Bespoke are nearby.
Guest Access
The entire home is for your use, including the front and back garden & patio areas. Easy self check-in via electronic keypad & generous check-in/out (12 pm & 2pm). FREE parking on property for 2 cars & Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Station. Wilmington’s Farmer’s Market (April – December), Azalea Festival (April) and Riverfest (October) are 1 block away. The Cape Fear River Boardwalk is 2 blocks away where you can stroll from one end of the town to the other, catch a water taxi to the NC Battleship, enjoy a boat tour with a narrated history of the Cape Fear River region and sip & sup along the way. From the Abbey location you will need transportation to visit Wrightsville Beach (10 miles) Carolina Beach (15 miles) Southport (30 miles). Screen Gems Studios (4 miles).
